Cancellation Portal

Log in to your account and follow the cancellation steps in the portal. Once your subscription is canceled, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

After cancellation, your subscription will not renew, and no further recurring charges will be applied.

Please note:

• Cancellation stops future billing, but it does not refund payments that have already been processed.
• Your access to Mentatype features will remain active until the current billing cycle ends.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date.
